The Georgia Music, Cars andMotorcycles Festival is delighted in your interest in our festival at the Georgia International Horse Park. The festival will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2010. The festival site is located on The Grand Plaza overlooking the Grand Prix Stadium that was used during the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games for equestrian events.
About Our Festival:
The Georgia Music, Cars and Motorcycles Festival is a fun filled event featuring a competition of new, customized and vintage cars and motorcycles. We will have many distinguished guests, such as No Limit Motorsport's Stunt Rider Jason Britton and NASCAR’s Chrissy Wallace. Music of all genres will be performing on stage throughout the festival with a headlining artist performing a finale concert at the conclusion. There will be a 3 on 3 basketball tournament and slam dunk contest. Children can enjoy themselves on rides, games, art activities, hands-on participation and various competitions. The festival entrance fee is $10.00 in advance and $12.00 at the gate. Parking fees are $5.00 for automobiles and $2.00 for motorcycles. As an Exhibitor:
Please read over the entire packet and information before filling out your application. Space rental fees are required at the time of your application. Electricity is provided at an additional fee. Please send only one check or money order to cover all fees. YOUR CHECK WILL BE DEPOSITED UPON RECEIPT. In the event your application is not accepted by the festival committee, a full refund of the required advanced space rental and electrical fee (when applicable) will be refunded. Please make your check payable to DURAN PRODUCTIONS. A $30.00 fee will be applied to any returned check.
Please be aware that all applications are reviewed by the GA MCM Festival Committee in order to limit the number of similar items and to ensure displays and/or items for sale are appropriate for the event. As a result of this process, The GA MCM Festival does not guarantee acceptance to all applicants.
