These events include the production of concerts for nationally renowned recording artists such as the late Ray Charles, Roberta Flack, B.B. Hoskins Foundation.

    About The Name

Managing Partner Cheryl Smith-Dixon says, "In dedication, we have named the company in honor of my Personal Hero, Ron Springs. "My Uncle." "My Mentor."

"My Friend." "Ron played professional football for nine years, eight with Dallas, where he proudly wore the number 20.

Our paths would seem to cross professionally, which is not hard to explain because of his mother, (my grandmother), we were both drawn to helping others, something she instilled in us through her many nonprofit organizations that she supported." "Ron supported my 20 years of work in the nonprofit community from my work with the YMCA to my work with the deaf and the blind. He championed fund raising events all across the country, supporting my professional nonprofit endeavors. Bringing such luminaries as Tony Dorsett and Everson Walls along with him. At one event, he had about 20 athletes accompany him to help me raise money. In hindsight I now realize how special it was to have the guest at this particular event, see three of the prestigious Heisman Trophy award winners, Billy Sims, Tony Dorsett and Archie Griffin.

"Ron is special in that he loves passionately, and that love knows no bounds. He loves his family, people,  and of course his fans. Ron was lucky enough to receive a kidney from  team mate Everson Walls in February of 2007, after kidney failure due to a long illness caused by diabetes. Later that year, he entered the hospital for a routine operation, and due to what is believed to have been a medical mistake, went into cardiac arrest and then a coma. He remains in a coma today, and I honor him with Live In :20 Productions, Inc., He would be proud to know that his name is associated with the universal language of music, and that each musical event produced through this company will benefit the community.LIVE IN :20 PRODUCTIONS IS DEDICATED TO RON SPRINGS: BELOVED FORMER NFL STANDOUT
